Data you give us. If you message us on WhatsApp or call, we receive your name, phone number and the content of your enquiry. If you use the chat on this site, we receive the text of your messages.
Technical data. When you visit the site we automatically collect: an anonymous visitor identifier, pages viewed, referral source, device and browser type, and an approximate region derived from your IP address. We do not store your full IP address.
To handle your delivery or catering order and get back to you — basis: performance of a contract at your request.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Data is processed only by service providers needed to run the site:
Supabase (Ireland, EU) — storage of anonymous analytics.
Anthropic (USA) — processing of AI chat messages. Please do not enter data in the chat that you would not want transferred: payment details, documents, medical information.
Meta Platforms — if you open WhatsApp, the conversation is governed by the WhatsApp privacy policy.
Deliveroo — if you order through their app, the Deliveroo privacy policy applies.
Analytics data — 24 months from collection.
Order correspondence — 12 months after the order is fulfilled.
Data we are required to retain under UAE law is kept for the period prescribed.
You may request a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, withdraw consent to analytics, or object to processing. Write to the address in section 1 and we will respond within 30 days.
